Damage/Lost Claims

aussieaffordablesoaps.com take every precaution when packing your item/s and advises that if your package is damaged or lost in transit you must report the problem directly to our carrier, Australia Post, within 48 hours. Although standard/ordinary mail via Australia Post is generally reliable, goods sent by this method are not trackable, so registered post is available if customers request it.

Returns

Aussie Affordable Soaps hope that you will be happy with your purchase and provides a satisfaction guarantee if your product is defective. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If it is found that your soap is defective due to a manufacturing fault, then aussieaffordableaoaps.com will replace it.

Please note: aussieaffordablesoaps.com endeavours to keep the wholesale price of soap to a minimum, & because of this, does not pay shipping costs in any circumstances. Also, because of health reasons, we cannot refund or exchange your items if the product's have been used.

Soap may vary in colour from batch to batch, but scents will remain the same.
